The farm was developed on more levels joined by roads (lined with olive trees, oak trees, lime trees, horse-chestnuts, etc...) and it offers incredible panoramas, tradition, privacy and relax.

The entrance of the farm opens on to a yard from where it is possible to access the Antico Panaro hall, the Vecchio Mulino hall, the Lo Ziro hall, the Sapori Dimenticati kitchen and the rest room. Going up you can reach the  suggestive square in the apartment Il Capriolo and the magnificent panoramic terrace equipped with a small kitchen with outdoor tables. On the top of the hill there are an elegant swimming pool with a hydromassage corner and the children playground.

The house is rustic in style and finely furnished in order to give the visitor a sense of being in another era. In the three halls, guests can to listen to music, entertain themeselves with board games, appreciate the books in the library, enjoy a film, linger in front of the fireplace sipping a glass of good wine or listening to stories of the harvest and pressing of the olives.
