Collina dei Fagiani

Typical Umbrian farm recently restored with 9 rooms. Each room, furbished with antique furniture and contemporary pictures made by the owner Stefania Fior, has its own bathroom, heating, telephone.

The original structure of the house has been kept, with beamed ceilings and the big external stairs with terrace. Outside there is a large garden with pool, 20 hectares of woodland with olive-trees over 400 mt usl, a small creek and wonderful hills all around.
Hall with fireplace and reading corner. Breakfast served with homemade marmalades and cakes; half board on request, with typical Umbrian cuisine.
Swimming pool, bowling, playground. Trekking inside and outside our estate.
