It is a farm house placed between Umbria and Tuscany, not far from Lake Trasimeno, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
It is a Typical country farm lead by the family, composed by five apartments and a garden with a swimming-pool: the building dominates the whole Niccone torrent valley.

It is composed of five apartments with an independent entrance: the furniture is simple and comfortable in the Umbrian tradition. Each apartment has its own living room a bedroom either with 2 or 3 beds and a bathroom either with a shower or a bathtub.
Sole: recently restored and furnished in a old fashion style, it offers various comforts; the living room's French window looks on a balcony from where you can admire the swimming pool the vineyards and the olive trees.
Luna: as well as Sole, it has been recently restored and it is very comfortable; from the balcony you can admire the swimming pool, the vineyards and the olive trees.
Gioia: it is on one floor; the balcony looks on the wide valley, the surrounding hills an the castle of Lisciano.
Marilena: it is on the top of the building and it is on two floors; it looks on the beautiful garden.
Elsa: it is on the ground floor and it is in rustic style; this apartment can host physically handicapped people.
There's the avaliability for all our guests to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in our traditional umbrian and tuscan restaurant.
