The Country House Poggio Fiorito is located on the slopes of Monte Subasio, on a hill just 2 km from splendid Assisi. The very detailed renovation was carried out in total respect of the landscape regulations established by the Superintendence of Fine Arts. The place is also of particular historical-artistic interest.
Materials were recuperated, like roof tiles and outside flooring, which give the structure great harmony, in addition to the large park full of lovely trees, plants, flowers, and olive trees.

This agriturismo offers eight rooms (4 standard and 4 superior), two studio apartments, and 2 two-room apartments and can host up to 32 guests. Both rooms and apartments have different colors and call to mind the field flowers that grow wild on the meadows of the farmhouse.
The 8 rooms are located on the ground floor under the large portico overlooking the garden. Instead, four of them, the superior ones, overlook the park near the pool. All rooms have a private bath with shower, TV, and air conditioning.
The apartments, measuring about 38 sqm, also have a kitchen unit. All rooms and apartments have a wonderful view of Assisi and the entire valley. The restaurant, reserved exclusively for guests, proposes fixed menus with typical local specialties.
The pool in mosaic is nestled in the large park with a breathtaking view of Assisi and the surrounding valley. Don’t miss the spectacular sunsets in the summer.
