Forte Sorgnano

The agriturismo is made up of three farmhouses. The main one hosts 8 double apartments (2+2), the second farmhouse 2 triples (4+2) and the landlord?s house plays host to the restaurant and the rooms.

LE QUERCE:ground floor, dimension 90 sqm, 2 doublerooms, livingroom with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, mezzanine with 2 singlebeds, private cover terrace(20 sqm) furnished with table and chairs, private garden (80 sqm).
LA LIMONAIA: ground floor, dimension 90 sqm, 2 doublerooms, livingroom with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, mezzanine with 2 single beds, private cover terrace(20 sqm) furnished with table and chairs, private garden (80 sqm). (The two trilo are, if necessary, able to be linked with the veranda and balcony).
All the flats have TV sat, independent central heating, fridge, little freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer and everything necessary to cook.

The rooms, located on the first floor of the landlord?s house, are serviced double rooms. Bright and welcoming, they are each 20/25 square metres, with a view of the olive grove and the surrounding hills. On the ground level, you will find a welcoming reading room (with books in Italian and English), where you can relax in a familiar environment.
The decor of the room is typical ancient umbrian style with oak beams, terracotta tiles. Additionally every room has a bathroom, tv sat, heating, hair dryer.
