I Casali di Colle San Paolo

The apartments have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. They are completely furnished and very well finished: chestnut beams in every room; fireplaces built with old material or ceramic wood-burning stoves; wooden, fully-equipped kitchens; air conditioning and heating; satellite TVs with DVD players.

The Farmhouse Fontanelle (5 apartments for a total of 19 guests) is a large stone farmhouse, that looks out onto a characteristic internal courtyard. In this complex there are a swimming pool and several terraces with barbecue and outside shower, equipped for eating outside. There is also a large common room with fireplace and living room, kitchen and dining area.

The Complex Molinella  is an ex water mill in the woods, near a stream. This private and elegant complex is made up of three independent houses, for a total of 16 guests. There is are a swimming pool and a large terracotta terrace with shower and barbecue, also equipped for eating outside.

The Farmhouse Poderaccio is divided into 4 spacious and comfortable apartments for a total of 18 guests, ideal for families with children. It offers open and picturesque views, a swimming pool  for children, an outside shower, a small playground and a large gazebo with barbecue equipped for eating outside. Two apartments have their own outside space.

Several apartments are accessible and equipped for the disabled.
