I Tre Fiumi

The farm covers an area of 12000 square meters of which the lake occupies about eighty percent. The name "Three Rivers" was created by the topography of this strip of land, it sees the confluence of three rivers: Mestriale, and Saonda, Camignano.

This particular feature means that, on hot summer days, you can enjoy a gentle cooling breeze and with the help of ducks and frogs to be avoided the hassle of insects. The property is surrounded by a lush garden consists of Poplars (Populus) trees and numerous fruit trees (cherries, plums, prunes, ...), our organic orchard!

We offer our guests a wide range of local products, our kitchen uses traditional family recipes, blending the handmade products to the intense flavors of Umbria. All the pasta is done strictly from home filled pasta such as tagliatelle, cappelletti, ravioli and lasagna.

Not least are the meats: venison, grilled rustic roasts. From our kitchen is turning out pastries and cookies, we use the products of our fruit trees for the production of jams and marmalades, that our guests can enjoy a meal or morning breakfast.

During the weekend, at night, you can enjoy pizza, the dough is carefully crafted and the wood-fired cooking. On the second floor of the main body, where is located the restaurant and breakfast room, there is an apartment consisting of two double bedrooms, bathroom and a quadruple.

The rooms can be sold separately in respect of the needs and privacy of guests. Immersed in the green there are two houses were made of living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom for a total of four beds. They have, despite being in the building, a private entrance with car parking and a wonderful lake view. The farmhouse has a swimming pool to free use of our customers, are available chairs, tables and chairs and a small bar for drinks, snacks and ice cream.

The lake is rich in fish, stimulation and relaxation for young and old. All our customers can fish freely in respect of fauna and structure. To the delight of the small lake you can see six turtles, the largest and the most delicious food is always waiting near the pier.

There are many ducks and geese, and during playback you can see mallards nests hidden in the bushes and peep chicks for a walk with mom! The lake is to show to the migration of birds, in these times of year you can see particular species such as Grey Heron and Coot.
