The “borgo” which resulted from the wise recovery of a 16th century group of country houses characterised by a simple and elegant architecture and of valuable country villa, it is immersed in a 230-hectare farm, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, chestnut groves, pinewood and woods that draw the tops and sides of some of the most beautiful hills in Umbria. It lies in the municipality of Città di Castello.
The depression hosting it turns its glance southwards on enchanting views, offering protection against cold winds and assuring its healthy microclimate.
The conservative restoration of these houses set up the farm holiday centre, made of different kinds of independent flats, all with a private external space, equipped kitchen, bathroom with hydro massage, plasma television, inner telephone with through line, furnished according to the Umbrian style with solid-wood furniture, to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Hospitality is given in cosy apartments, pleasantly furnished and taken care of in every little detail; you will also find cable tv and air conditioning. each apartment has an independent entrance, moreover the ones on the ground floor have their own gazebo, tables and chairs so that you can spend most of the time in contact with nature without giving up your privacy.
The charming panoramic swimming pool will allow you to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay faraway from daily stress.
A small private garden will be on hand to put on your table and vegetables in season.

This place, rich in charm, combines the Renaissance pre-existences, the arrangement of the green area and the renewed tie between the centre and the surrounding area, with the swimming pool with solarium, the trekking and mountain bike paths, the pond for sport fishing, the area for archery, rides, the orchard to freely collect seasonal fruits, bird watching from the 17th century nets for catching birds, the equipped picnic areas. You will also find it pleasant to pick up ceps, very common in this territory.
Borgo di Toppo is also farm “Il Toppo” S.S. (partnership), organic ICEA certified farm, well-known for the production of extra-virgin olive oil, wine, honey and chestnuts.
