The agriturismo
The house is surrounded by green fields and woods with hiking trails, a large garden with shaded areas and a beautiful swimming pool. It guarantees a free and relaxing holiday. It is divided into seven comfortable apartments with private entrance, can satisfy all ages, suitable for couples, families with children, groups of friends. It has close to all amenities, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants.... A riding stable 1 km away, a lake for fishing. Many possibilities for food and wine tours, or shopping for handicrafts. Its central location just 20 min. from Lake Trasimeno and 7 km from Perugia, allows you to easily reach the cities of art of Umbria and Tuscany. Excellent breakfasts, homemade with natural products.
The accommodation
The structure is divided into 7 apartments, many of which have a private garden or veranda equipped, the types are from 2 to 7 beds, with one or two bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms. there is the possibility of extra beds. The apartments are very well kept, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The wide spaces of the estate guarantee to all guests a relaxing holiday in nature. For children there are equipped spaces and bicycles and games available free of charge. In the common room with fireplace and in the large veranda surrounded by greenery are served breakfast based on homemade jams and croissants.
