The agriturismo
The farmhouse, made out of an old oil mill dating back to 1800, rises in the heart of a hill, among olive trees, oaks and centuries-old holm oaks, 5-6 km from Lake Trasimeno and its Natural Park.
Quietness and privacy, but also a serene family atmosphere, are the prerogatives of this structure, where you can stay immersed in silence and in contact

The apartments, which have every comfort (free wifi included) and a green space, the surrounding garden to explore among olive and walnut trees and the new swimming pool will allow you to tracorrere a pleasant vacation, enjoy the tranquility of the place and regenerate yourself from daily stress.
The accommodation
The agriturismo, built inside a former olive press on an old farm, fully renovated using only original recycled materials, comprises seven independent apartments offering a wealth of home comforts, personally furnished by the owners with love and good taste.
Each apartment features an independent entrance and its own private green space where guests can enjoy meals outdoors, soak up the sun, read a good book or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful Umbrian landscape. Some apartments are adjoining, the perfect solution for a pleasant holiday with family or friends.
The apartments are functional and comfortable, simply furnished with all the facilities in order to ensure that the guests fwill eel at home. All apartments feature mosquito nets on every window, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, kitchens with crockery, fridge, freezer, water cooker, coffe machine, hobs and sinks, and the apartments Piccionaia, Pienello, Fiscoli, Granaio and Il Rifugio have also air conditioned.
In this peaceful oasis, you’ll also find a new built guest-only swimming pool ( 15 meters by 4 meters) with a wonderful view on the valley surrounded by aromatic herbs, fig trees, pomegranate trees and olive trees, bringing a modern twist to this natural, unspoilt setting.
Our farm produces its own extra vergin olive oil, which you can taste and buy, if you wish.
Activities and surrounding
Although immersed in the quiet of the Umbrian countryside, the farmhouse enjoys a particular strategic position, allowing day trips to the major historical centers and art cities of Umbria and Tuscany. For example, these are the distances from the main points of interest: Perugia 15 km, Assisi 35 km, Città della Pieve 35 km, Gubbio 60 km, Cortona 30 km, Siena 80 km, Arezzo 70 km, Florence 120 km.
Only 10 minutes away by car, but reachable also by bike, are then the many small medieval villages in the area including San Savino,
Monte Sperello, Monte Melino, Monte del Lago, Monte Colognola, Corciano, Castel Rigone and Preggio.
Many also the activities to devote oneself within the structure or in its immediate surroundings to entertain and relax
. In particular, a 4x15 swimming pool, directly in the farmhouse, and a golf course, 9-10 km away, are available to guests

Sports lovers can instead enjoy fishing on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, 5-6 km away, sailing and windsurfing in the neighboring facilities orhorseback riding with individual or group lessons in the nearby riding school, just 10 minutes away by car

Finally, it is possible to indulge in both horseback riding and walking in the surrounding hills and woods, wild asparagus picking, from March to May, and mushroom picking, in October-November, and mountain biking, following the guided trails to discover the ancient local villages or the bike path along Lake Trasimeno.
