The agriturismo
The farms occupies 180 hectares divided between woods and cultivated fields and the residence where you will stay is inside the farm. Motor traffic is barred from the whole area, with the exception, of course, of our guests.
The accommodation
We are 800 m above sea level, in the middle of the Coppo nature park, famous for its centuries old pines, and furnished with ample picnic areas, with a ‘Life Course’ to keep in shape, and many open air games for the children.
The original 18th century building has recently been renovated to guarantee a refined and relaxed hospitality, studied in every detail to allow you to feel pampered and to reinvigorate yourself.
If you enjoy relaxing with long walks or mountain bike excursions you will find the ideal environment, you can even follow the numerous routes marked out by The Italian Alpine Club.
You will find accommodation for 2 to 6 people, with or without built in kitchen, and all equipped with: autonomous heating, bathroom, some with independent entrance; wasy access for the disabled; where present the kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are supplied.
Activities and surrounding
If you prefer to relax by the swimming pool while your children play in their special play area, I only hope you wont be disturbed by the sound of my tractor or the reaper... it’s my job !
On demand, we organise courses of typical eugubine cooking using, naturally, our products, and musical therapy… once you have tried it you will never give it up.
Don’t forget that our region is famous for the excellent white truffle: here you will find a controlled area where we have an experimental system to encourage the spontaneous growth of this tuber; if you want to take part in the search, I will be happy to help you with my dog, Kim. You can also do some sport-fishing in the lake 100 metres from the house or just watch the ducks while they enjoy the tranquillity of the lake.
And if you get really bored, I wont turn down any offers to help me in my work; there is always something to do…!
And art lovers cannot miss a visit to Gubbio, one of the oldest medieval towns.

Il principe Contadino is an accommodation with 5 apartments. They are simply but efficiently furnished. Cesare and his family are nice people who want to do everything for you. We spent 2 weeks there with great pleasure and will definitely come back!
