In the middle of the Franciscan path that joins Gubbio to Assisi, located about 650 m above sea level and about 600 m from the beautiful village of Casacastalda, this farmhouse offers a breathtaking view and the chance to visit the most beautiful Umbrian towns, easily reachable by car.
The ground floor villa consists of a large living room with fireplace, TV, kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and electric oven, 3 bedrooms for a total capacity of 6/8 persons, 2 bathrooms available (one of which with Iacuzzi hot tub). For the guests of the Villa, a large bright porch, independent garden with the possibility of using an outdoor wood oven.
The terrace opposite the Villa's porch overlooks the beautiful valley of the medieval town of Gubbio and the natural park of Monte Cucco.
The estate is perfect for relaxing stays, surrounded by nature and away from everyday frenzy. The panoramic swimming pool and the tennis court are ideal for those who want to spend a holiday of physical activity and sport. The restaurant "Il Tramonto" is at the disposal of the guests of the agritourism: there you can taste typical local dishes, genuine and traditional, while breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets will be the background for your evenings. Specialties: agnolotti, cappelletti, tagliatelle, pappardelle, ravioli (strictly made at home), and thanks to a stable of 25 cows, milk and fresh dairy products.
