La Casa dei Cavalli

The country house is a comfortable farmhouse built in 13th century and renovated in 2006 with precious, original materials and high quality furniture. The farmhouse is divided into ten apartments of different dimensions, each one is composed of a living room with an open kitchen, a double room and a bathroom.
The country house is surrounded by green fields of cherry and walnut , vineyards and olive groves, and the spectacular view is characterized by the typical landscape of the Umbrian hills across to the Apennine's mountains that become rose at sunset.

The apartments style is strictly related to the Umbrian region, with old stones and original woods, hand made iron and high quality antique furniture. All apartments are recently renovated (2006) and have all modern comforts such as air conditioning, ADSL, (lcd) satellite TV , washing machine, dishwasher and oven. To enable a long term stay, each apartment has independent entrance, gas, water and electricity supply. The farmhouse staff are always at the disposal of guests.

Animals such as dogs and cats are welcome but only outside the apartments where they can enjoy the enclosed park area. The same applies for guests travelling with their own horses. For all travelling with animals, prior notice is required at the time of booking.
