Delightful in their simplicity, furnished in typical Umbrian style, with exposed wooden beams, the rooms with 2to 4 bedding accommodations are comfortable. Each has a private bath with shower and tub. Five rooms are located on the first floor with a shared hall at the center, while two are on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, and are particularly suited to guests with their small animals.

You will have the chance to savor typical dishes. In respect of the farmhouse tradition, there is no fixed menu:the menu changes each day on the basis of product availability, mainly grown at the farmhouse. Seasonal products are used, including those grown on-site, like eggs and meat, along with typical cold meats and cheese. You may also purchase many of the products used by the chefs. Buffet breakfast, with cakes and jams made here, as well as hot and cold beverages, yogurt, grains,and fresh fruit.

This place is well suited to children:families with small children are given special attention: we offer small cots and railings for beds, color kits for dinner, and the opportunity to have children eat before their parents.
Upon request, meals can be ordered take-away for kids: potato, carrot, and zucchini broth without salt, potato, carrot, and zucchini puree without salt,small pasta, blended fresh meat (veal, chicken, beef), blended ham, fresh cheese, ricotta, robiola, Philadelphia, semolino, blended fresh fruit.
For adolescents, you may request the Junior Menu with simple dishes. Also afternoon snack time, with homemade cakes, bread and Nutella, fruitjuice.

All guests may use the following:
- pool, June to September, 12mt x 5mt.
- playground for children with slide and seesaw.
- shaded patio with restaurant where you may read, have a cocktail, keep an eye on the children who play a short distance away.
- common hall, with library for adults and kids, playing cards, game boards,comfortable couch, especially in winter months for enjoying hot beverages. The education farm was born from the desire to offer school children, guests, and anyone interested the chance to rediscover a natural setting, the countryside,typical rural life of Umbria, forgotten cooking and traditions, all in an open-air workshop. In modern-day society, more and more people are extraneous to country life, and this may be an opportunity to come into contact with it,to see first-hand where the products we eat every day come from. On the premises there is a petting farm for children. We also organize horseback riding for one or more days.
