La Ginestra

The farm, which has been operative for 12 years, includes a principal dwelling dating back to the 19th century, a tower-house and a cottage - all restored in stone in their original architectural form. We let fully equipped furnished flats (2 to 7 beds) with central heating (orthopaedic mattresses and bedsteads) with private garden and bedrooms (2 to 5 beds) with private bathroom and garden, for weekends or on a weekly or monthly basis.

A1 – Tower-house: Two storey house apartment (4/5 beds) - Ground floor: kitchenette/lounge/dining-room with double bed. First floor: bedroom with double bed, 1 single bed and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Independent central heating on request (additional payment). Private garden with garden furniture.
A2 – Principal dwelling: Three-room ground floor house apartment (6/7 beds) - kitchen/lounge/dining-room/television, bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet; bedroom with double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Independent central heating on request (additional payment). Private garden with garden furniture.
There is the possibility of subdividing into:
- a two-room apartment (2/3 beds) with kitchen/lounge/dining-room/television, bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet;
- a one room apartment (3/4 beds) with kitchenette/lounge/dinner/television with double bed, 1 single bed + 1 possible extra bed and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
