La Maestà

At 320 meters above sea level, very near the main highways of Umbria, you’ll find a panorama of rare beauty, where the colors of nature in every season and the elegance of villas and farmhouses of historic worth join together to give you an incredible sensation of wellbeing and relax.

At the center of this unspoiled nature you’ll find a farmhouse from the 1400s, recently renovated and under the protection of the Direzione Regionale per i Beni Culturali e Paesaggistici dell'Umbria because rich in architectural and landscape details of great interest and beauty and of which the original structure was kept intact, with terra cotta floor and wooden beams, typical elements of Umbria housing.

The ancient farmhouses welcomes its guests in 8 rooms that may host between two and four people and can be combined for groups and families, carefully furnished with elegance and uniting the comfort of modernity with a charm for the past and Umbria tradition.

All rooms have a bath with shower and tub, satellite TV, independent heating. Air conditioning is not needed, given the characteristics of the building.

The restaurant offers typical Umbria dishes and uses products from the farm and the area nearby.

The farm also produces its own extra virgin olive oil, honey, wine, beans, jams, natural products that can be savored and purchased.

The farm includes, in addition to the ancient house dedicated to guests, Villa Teresa, the master house from the 1600s, which has also be restored to its original form and is currently lived in by the owners of the estate, as well as a series of annexes including the wine cellar (where food tastings are offered) and a small church.
