The agriturismo

The agriturismo is a farmhouse surrounded by age old olive trees, renovated with respect for the original structure. The farm stands close to an ancient hamlet at the heart of Umbria, in a pretty spot where the land meets the sky. The view stretches from Perugia to Montefalco, taking in the whole of Umbria in one glance: fortresses, abbeys, castles and olive presses, places with centuries of tradition and history in an enchanted land.

 

Guests can enjoy a range of activities, from mountain biking to archery and olive picking (November), as well as exploring the region’s nature, history, art, food and wine.

The accommodation

The agriturismo has 8 comfortable and spacious apartments, furnished in keeping with Umbrian tradition, with artisan pieces which give each apartment a unique touch. The warm tones and wood make for a relaxing, welcoming setting. All apartments enjoy independent entrances, and their own veranda or garden with views of the hills and valleys.

The swimming pool with large solarium area is located in a private spot and enjoys 360 degree views of the surrounding landscape.

A children’s play area is located nearby.

Guests also have access to a barbecue for preparing delicious grilled meats in the open air.

Activities and surrounding

The agriturismo offers easy access to Umbria’s major artistic and cultural centres (Assisi, Spello, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto), as well as sites of natural interest (Lake Trasimeno).

The agriturismo also collaborates with partners who offer guided tours and a range of sporting activities: horseback excursions, hot air balloon flights, canyoning, riverboarding, rafting, trekking, canoeing and kayaking, and golf.
