Outside, our ample gardens and fields are well cared for and furnished with wooden garden furniture.
The panoramic swimming pool, complete with hot showers, is located on a natural terrace that towers above the valley below. For our guests we also provide: mountain bikes, ping pong, hammock in the pine forest, bocce, barbecue, a playground for children, checkers, chess, exhibit of antique farming equipment, parking, guided tours to the farm and bee hives.

Nearby, the more adventurous can follow the steps of St. Francis of Assisi's peace walk through Assisi, Valfabbrica and Gubbio. Just a few km away are the most important destinations of Umbria: Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio and Spello. Lake Trasimeno is 40 km away.
Other places worth a visit are: the Frasassi caves, the nature reserve of Mt. Subasio and Mt. Cucco, an excellent spelunking destination; the waterfalls of Marmore is a veritable natural wonder; Orvieto and its Duomo are worth seeing.
