Located close to Assisi, the farm holiday is a peaceful setting with a great view of the city itself as well as the surrounding hillside. Immersed in the green countryside among olive groves, it is the ideal place to relax with all the comforts of home.

Newly opened to welcome you to Assisi, the farm consists of 10 apartments each carefully designed and furnished, an outdoor pool with a Jacuzzi, a spacious playground for the children, a lounge and private parking.
The two-room apartments are each 50 square meters, 6 of which are on the ground floor and have an outdoor patio and 4 of which are on the first floor and have a balcony. They all have private entrances and are equipped with televisions and internet wi-fi.
The finely furnished bedrooms can comfortably accommodate three people (with the addition of a single bed) and there is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and table linens. The living room also has a large, comfortable sofa bed (which sleeps 2 people) and a flat-screen TV.
Two of the apartments are equipped to meet the needs of the disabled.
The large, bright reception area offers a comfortable lounge with TV and exhibition of local products. During the indicated times, reception is at your disposal to meet your needs or provide information.
The outdoor relaxation area consists of green lawns, grain fields, olive groves, sunflowers, and a colorful variety of bushes and aromatic fruit plants which form the picturesque backdrop for the farmhouse. Surrounded on one side by verdant hills and on the other by the plain below Assisi, it is a view not to be missed, especially at dusk when the Rocca Maggiore and the Basilica of San Francesco become illuminated by the setting sun.
The swimming pool which is 14 x 6 meters and has a large Jacuzzi, is open from May 1 to October 31 for those who want to keep fit or simply have fun and enjoy the sun. Deck chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for the guests.
