The thousand-year-old main house has been made into two apartments, carefully arranged to offer comfortable  accommodations. The ancient manor is today the farmer’s dwelling place, while the other apartment, on the first floor, offers seven bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, in the typical style of the region:

 «Magnolia»: very bright room, thanks to its windows, it allows guests to admire the natural landscape spreading  from Mounts Catria and Cucco to the hills around Perugia;

«Fiordaliso»: this room, in the shade of blue, is furnished with a comfortable wrought-ironed double bed. Through the opposite window guests can catch sight of the wide garden with its many olive-trees.

«Tulipano»: comfortable room in the shade of orange with 2 single beds, which can be made into a double bed.

«Edera»: wide room on the East side of the apartment. In this stylish and sober bedroom, guests can find a big, sumptuous bed, as well as a bathroom with a tub.

«Orchidea»:  luxurious room with its furniture dating back to the XIX century. Through the wide window of the small living room, guests can admire a little church surrounded by typical olive-trees.

«Primula»: fresh room despite its warm colours, it is furbished with a comfortable wrought-ironed double bed, with ears of wheat as decorations in the central rose window.

«Ciclamino»: comfortable room with 2 single beds, which can be made into a double bed.

Besides these rooms, the agritourism also offers other accommodations known as «La Canonica» («The Vicarage»), due to the close private Church, dating back thousands of years as well.

On the first floor, guests can find the large living room where meals are served, as well as a fresh and comfortable sitting room, where one can read or simply find relaxation.

At an altitude of about 550 metres, the agritourism is situated in the middle of a 100 hectare estate, with about 8 km of roads, which offer the possibility to walk, to go trekking, or biking.  Our structure also offers the possibility to organize lunches or dinners for private events.
