The agriturismo

Welcoming family-run farmhouse located in Città di Castello, in theUpper Tiber Valley, in a quiet area but optimal for reaching the most beautiful Umbrian and Tuscan art cities in a short time.

The early 19th-century farmhouse , which has a total of up to 18 beds, has been expertly restored and converted into 4 characteristic apartments, and is open year-round, even for a single night. For large groups, the entire farmhouse is also rented.

The accommodation

The 4 flats with independent entrance, furnished with taste and in perfect Umbrian style, come with all main comforts and each has its own outdoor space, garden or loggia.

Our agriturismo offers a large and sun-filled pool (14x7 m, open 25 May to 30 September), barbecue, wood-burning oven, ping-pong table, bikes without any additional cost, plus a large organic vegetable patch with free products for guests.

Here we also welcome all pets.

This place lends itself to relaxing days that evoke peasant traditions in a pleasant and peaceful settino, surrounded by meadows and forests with local fauna: 16 hectares of meadows and hills used for organic farming with vineyards and fields of corn, wheat, and sunflowers.

In a central location between Umbria and Tuscany, this agriturismo is 10 km from Città di Castello, 30 km from Gubbio, 48 km from Perugia, 60 Km from Assisi, 58 km from Lake Trasimeno, 40 km from Arezzo, and 30 km from Cortona.
