The agriturismo

This 19^th century farmhouse, carefully renovated and with wide green space, is located in Castiglione del Lago, a stone's throw from Lake Trasimeno, in the stunning landscape of the Umbrian-Tuscan hills.

The farm produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil which can be purchased on site and is appreciated all over the world, thanks to the methods used: the plants are grown without the use of fertilisers, which creates an oil rich in polyphenols with low acidity.

The accommodation

In 1993 the Seeser family bought the estate to set up one of Umbria’s first agriturismos. The recent renovation has created 6 apartments with scenic views, bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchens, lounges, bedrooms and rustic furnishings.

You'll also find a children’s play area and a large swimming pool surrounded by an extensive garden, with sunbeds, towels and bath sheets. The agriturismo’s partner restaurant, with its three reserved tables (inside or on the scenic terrace), is just a stone’s throw from the farm and offers beautifully prepared typical cuisine, with the possibility of discounts for guests.
