Less than two hours from Rome and Florence, amidst the beautiful setting of the Umbrian hills, lies the country villa estate. The 19th century Villa and adjacent outbuildings can host approximately 48 guests, mostly divided into apartments, carefully restructured to maintain original features. The Villa and other buildings are at the heart of a sprawling farm shaded by oaks, cedar, and pine trees.

Villa guest rooms, suites, or apartments with operating kitchens, located in small buildings on the Villa courtyard are (Lilla, Geranio, Gelsomino and Ortensia), and two restructured farm buildings (Anemone and Fienile) offer everything a guest would expect in an Italian villa estate. On the ground floor of the Villa, there is a drawing room with French doors onto the veranda and gardens, a breakfast room, and formal dining room. Guest rooms on the upper floors all have their own modern bathroom (with heat, bidet and shower). Some have their own sitting rooms. All apartments have kitchen and bathroom (with shower and bidet) as well as bedrooms (as stated).
Dinner and lunch in the summer, are available at the restaurant (a converted greenhouse), located on the grounds.
The grounds include beautifully aged manicured gardens containing four ancient fountains. On the estate guest can enjoy horse riding, trekking, and use the outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, and bicycles
