The restaurant offers a menu including some of the best dishes of Umbrian tradition: Sapori di bosco, crescia with prosciutto ham, tagliatelle with goose sauce, Etruscan pennette, gnocchetti with truffle, roast duck, pork shank with fennel....The building rises in acellar of a XVI farmhouse,an ancient mail station,and it offers an atmosphere which is at the same time rural and refined.
