San Cipriano

This farm is a 270 hectare estate which stretches across the rolling hills facing the historical medioeval city of Gubbio, barely 6 km. away. Notwithstanding much woodland area, the farm activity is rife in its remaining flatlands with the cultivation of various crops, the raising of the reknown “Chianino” (beef) livestock cattle, and a wildlife reservoir especially dedicated to pheasant and hare.

The estate is at the centre of the so-called “Umbria Mistica” (Mistical Umbria) and is the ideal base from which to reach places such as Perugia, Assisi, Spello and Città di Castello. Fano, on the adriatic coast, is 80 km. away, easily reached by car on the newly finished faster-moving highway.
