S. Margherita farm house is located in Laviano, an hamlet in the area between Cortona, Montepulciano and Castiglione del Lago. The farmhouse has been recently renovated in order to offer to its guests four vacation apartments. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings are luxurious and include wooden furniture, wrought iron beds and elegant lamps. The kitchens are well equipped so that all your culinary skills can be exercised.
Ginestra: on the upper floor, can accomodate 4 people and includes a living/kitchen room with oven, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin room) and a bathroom with shower.
Akazie: on the ground floor, can accomodate 4 people and includes a living/kitchen room with oven 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin room) and a bathroom with shower.
Girasole: on the upper floor, can accomodate 4 people and includes a sofa bed in the living room, living/kitchen room with oven, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Lavanda: on the ground floor, can accomodate 3 people and includes a sofa bed in the living room, a living/kitchen room with oven, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Just a few steps from the estate there is the small Santa Margherita church, built in the 14th century.
In the garden, next to the barbecue and the children’s playground, you’ll find the swimming pool.
