Santa Maria degli Ancillotti is set in 4 hectares of parkland, protected by trees and well-tended hedges. The buildings, which date back to 1179, were renovated by the owner with the aim of creating a peaceful retreat for guests seeking privacy and tranquility. There are 8 suites, each are furnished with an attention to detail in a rustic Umbrian style and comprising a large living room with sofa bed (2 single beds), a twin or double room, bathroom with shower, and an outdoor area with table and chairs. The suites provide all modern comforts including individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, direct line telephone, mini-bar, safe, kettle and hairdryer.

Above all, Santa Maria degli Ancillotti is suited to couples who would like to be in a friendly family-run hotel where service is of the utmost importance. There are many of life’s little pleasures to enjoy, such as breakfast on the patio next to the hotel’s restaurant, which offers traditional home-style cooking and caters for the individual wishes of guests. Or why not take in the sunset while lounging by the pool and sipping wine from the wine cellars managed by Alessio, followed by a barbecue around the Roman well, cooked by the owner.

Il Falchetto, is located in dedicated grounds of 5,000 square metres, and offers families and young couples the choice of 5 apartments divided into two types: 2 two-room apartments for two or three people with a twin or double room, lounge with kitchenette, and outdoor recreational area; and 3 three-room apartments for a maximum of 5 people, with two twin or double rooms, one bathroom and one shower room, lounge with kitchenette, and outdoor area with table and chairs. All the comforts necessary for a relaxing holiday are provided: individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, free broadband internet access (cable provided in the apartment) and everything necessary for self catering. The swimming pool is equipped with gazebo and sun loungers for all guests. Il Falchetto is set in the countryside, a long way from busy roads and unwanted noise, allowing guests to enjoy their time together without worries for parents and children.
