Notes
Santa Maria degli Ancillotti Suites: Prices are quoted per room, per day and include breakfast, free mini-bar and VAT. Guests can check-in after 14:00 on the day of arrival and are required to check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure. Cleaning and a change of towels is carried out on a daily basis, and bedding is changed every two days. Swimming towels are changed once a week.
Il Fanchetto Apartments: Prices are quoted per apartment and include VAT. Prices include towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel , 1 swimming towel and 1 bidet towel for each person, and one bathmat for each apartment), bedding and one set of kitchen linen (dishcloth, pot holder, oven glove, tablecloth and paper napkins). All linen is changed on a weekly basis. Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday. To arrive or leave on different days, please send your request. For weekly, long and special stays, final cleaning and air conditioning is additional and mandatory, to be paid before departure. Daily prices include the final cleaning air conditioning. On leaving the apartments, the kitchen and utensils must be left clean, if not there will be an additional cleaning charge of 100 euro. Guests can check-in after 14:00 on the day of arrival and are required to check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellations
SUITES: There will be no penalty for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arrival date . After this time, a penalty corresponding to the value of the first night of the stay will be charged.
APPARTMENTS: In low and mid-season, there will be no penalty for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arrival date . After this time, a penalty corresponding to the value of the first night of the stay will be charged. In high and peak season, there will be no penalty for cancellations made at least 15 days before the
arrival date. After this time, a penalty corresponding to 30% of the entire stay will be charged.
