The agriturismo
Located between Gubbio and Assisi, the agriturismo is surrounded by a 50 hectare estate home to the remains of a monastery from the XV century.
Located in the ideal spot for excursions among nature and for visiting Umbria's main cultural attractions, the farm offers spacious and comfortable apartments, a swimming pool with whirlpool and wide green space with a children's play area.
This family run agriturismo offers a warm welcome, and its staff are happy to help guests throughout their stay.
The accommodation
The agriturismo is spread over a small complex, split over two buildings: the first is on the ground floor, and houses the restaurant, and the other is a two-storey house containing 4 guest apartments (two on the first floor, accessible via the interior staircase and two on the ground floor with independent entrances).
The farmhouse has been fully renovated, but still maintains its rustic style and original stone. The accommodation features Umbrian terracotta flooring and wooden beams and rafters. Apartments include lounge/kitchens, bathrooms with showers, one or two bedrooms and independent heating.
Guests can use the swimming pool with spacious sun terrace (with terracotta paving), comfortable sunbeds and utility space. There is also a children’s play area with swings, slides and roundabouts.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is surrounded by woodland, perfect for excursions and for gathering mushrooms, berries, wild asparagus and blackberries, depending on the season.
A short distance away you will find hermitages, basilicas, riding centres, signposted walking routes and cities of art. Be sure to experience some of Umbria's many folklore events.
