The farmhouse is in Umbria, the green heart of Italy and is set on a hill. In this area there are many medieval buildings such as castles and abbeys. The surrounding countryside is luxuriant and green and makes our structure particularly appropriate for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The farm building, with its unusual architecture built in stone and on a square base, has a wonderful view of the Umbrian- Marches Apennine mountain range and is only 2km from the main road that goes from Gubbio to Perugia, which can be reached by following a typical white stone road.
The Agriturism has about 9 hectares of farm land, cultivated without the use of chemicals and with a Codex certification for growing biological cereals, fruit and olives. There are also farm animals and poultry

The Agritourism is made up of one large apartment with two rooms sleeping two, and two two- roomed apartments sleeping four. All the apartments were restructured in 2004 and have a private bathroom, heating, air conditioning and television.
Lillà apartment
Description: Two roomed apartment on the first floor facing north-east, with access via external steps.
Composition: 42m2- double bedroom, bathroom and sitting room with sofa-bed.
Details: Rustic county-style kitchen with marble surface, double stainless steel sink, gas oven, extractor fan, fridge. Ceiling with wooden beams, country-style furniture, wood burning stove, air-conditioning and private outdoor area.
Gelsomino apartment
Description: Two roomed apartment on the ground floor facing North-east with two entrances, one into the bedroom, and one into the sitting room.
Composition: Spacious, 55m2- one double bedroom (with room to add another bed), bedroom and 33m2 sitting room with sofa-bed. Details: Rustic county-style kitchen with marble surface, double stainless steel sink, electric oven, extractor fan, fridge, country-style furniture, air-conditioning and private outdoor area.
Azalea apartment
Description: Two roomed apartment facing north-east, on the ground floor.
Composition: 40m2- double bedroom, bathroom and sitting room.
Details: Rustic county-style kitchen with marble surface, double stainless steel sink, gas oven, extractor fan, fridge, country-style furniture, air-conditioning and private outdoor area.
As well as the splendid views, the agritourism also provides a car-park, a swimming pool, a children’s play area, a sun-terrace and a barbecue for all our guests to use. For sports lovers, archery and mountain bikes are available.
Guests are welcome to buy the biological food produced on site ( all with Codex certification) such as vegetables, fruit and oil.
It is possible to order your groceries directly from us. One of our staff will take your shopping list to a local shop and do your food shopping for you. This service is free.
