The residence is carefully lay down in the green Umbrian hills, near the Trasimeno Lake; during the stay it's possible to admire the country with its changing coulors, the typical growings (grain, corn, barley, vegetables) that will be the ornament of the landscape of your holidays.
It's possible to make wonderful walkingsgoing outdoor through the path of the fields.
There are 2 swimming-pool with the following characteristics:
- a rectangular pool (mt. 6x12 - h mt 1,2/1,7);
- a "bean-shape" pool (mt. 5,50 x 11,00 - h mt 1,00/1,40) with whirlpool-corner also suitable for children, under parent's control;
The pool can be also used at night, with a planned lighting, on condition that nobody disturbs the guests who want to rest, enjoying the peace and quiet of our intimate and comfortable place. In order to guarantee the guests to spend their holiday with the maximum tranquility, we will assign to each apartment, at the arrival, one parasol and two wood-made sun beds, reserved to the guests for all the during of their stay.
Paciano, together with the Municipalities of Castiglione del Lago, Magione, Città della Pieve, Panicale, Piegaro, Tuoro sul Trasimeno and Passignano del Trasimeno, is part of the Lake Trasimeno Tourist District.
All the historical centres of the Trasimeno area can be reached in 30 minutes or less and all the important sights can be seen in a half-day trip.
In this area, lovers of unspoilt nature can follow several itineraries through woods and olive groves, on foot, horseback or mountain bike, coming across castles and ancient villages, or just relax and enjoy the views from the lovely valley as far as Monte Amiata.
Another valuable feature of the district is the possibility of taking in, within a few kilometres, places of exceptional beauty, as well as historical and artistic interest.
Trasimeno is in fact at the centre of one of the richest historical, artistic and cultural areas in the world: a two-hour journey can take you to 20% of the world's artistic heritage.
