Beautiful estate surrounded by greenery in the heart of the Valnerina (the valley formed by the river Nera) between Norcia and Spoleto, where peace and tranquility blends in a setting of rare beauty.

The estate reminds one of a charming nineteenth-century hamlet composed of three independent rustic cottages, stone-built with exposed wooden beams, and latching shutters. The occupancy ranges from 2-4 to 8- 10 depending on the unit; each cottage has a fireplace or a wood stove, a private bathroom and kitchen, and is elegantly furnished with comfortable colonial furniture.
The common area includes a barbecue and a wood oven freely available for the enjoyment of the guests. A swimming pool is available during the hot season; in addition, the guests are welcome to collect seasonal produce from our garden.
