The estate is situated in Italy’s green heart: Umbria, and specifically in Passaggio di Bettona just 15 km from Perugia and close to some of the most picturesque cities in the region, such as Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, and Gubbio.
The farm covers 40 hectares, 10 of which are planted with olive groves and vineyards, the rest with crops. This is a place where the simple traditions of the past are still valued, and where the pleasure of growing and cooking the fruits of the land is a source of pride.

The new building is carefully and attractively furnished, right down to the last detail. Moreover, there are breathtaking views across the valley from Perugia to Spoleto. The views over Assisi, and the alternation of morning fog, bright sun and fiery sunsets are uniquely beautiful.
Guests can choose between different types of rooms, all of which are completely independent.
Peace and relaxation are the main ingredients of an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the countryside, amidst the traditions, aromas and unspoilt beauty of the Umbrian landscape.
In the park surrounding the farm, there is a beautiful salt water pool and heated whirlpool with night lighting, for a magical atmosphere on warm summer evenings.
Wine and oil produced on the estate can be enjoyed in our restaurant and bought in the shop.
The agriturismo also has a special area entirely dedicated to farmyard animals.
