The housing estate features various parts: a central area with a private eighteenth century villa, surrounded by an English garden designed by the architect Porcinai, and various buildings.  Here are located the guest accommodations, the estate offices, the restaurant and a range of communal areas.
The remaining guests accommodations are situated in farm cottages masterfully restored keeping their original characteristics.  They have private bathrooms with shower or bath, central heating, kitchen or kitchenette with fridge. At present there are 22 accommodations, from large 3 bedroom flats to single bedrooms. Fassia Estate offers to its guests a series of high quality services and facilities:

Restaurant - From a set menu for the guests of the agriturismo (this has to be booked in advance), to catering service for functions and banquets for large groups.

Weddings - The various areas of the complex, with large saloons and the adjacent picturesque gardens, are the perfect setting for unforgettable weddings.  We offer an exclusive and comprehensive service for your wedding celebrations, from catering service, to guests' accommodation.

Filming location - The Fassia Estate has often been used, as an exclusive location for well knows television series, commercials and music videos.  Our production support, the versatility of the settings and of the service, provide a stress-free and safe environment for any filming requirements.

Facilities for groups/companies - The wealth of a splendid landscape, together with the numerous workshop areas and facilities make the Fassia Estate an ideal place to host groups and activities.  The meeting rooms are also often used for cultural events (exhibitions, congresses, conventions, etc.), and together with the workshop areas, they are fully equipped.
