Sport activities - fishing, mountain bike, trekking and walks, swimming in the private lakes of the estate, tennis, swimming pool (external structures),orienteering, nordik walking, bird watching, cooking class.
Self empowerment courses - Learning to communicate with yourself and others, Meditation, Self-awareness, Yoga at Casa Sangam inside the Estate.
Educational activities - The Cultural Association Germogli, inside the Estate, promotes the discovery of the countryside through educational activities, cooperating with local schools to support the respect of nature.
Cultural activities - The area is well known for its incredible cultural and artistic patrimony.  On request, it is possible to book tours with experts for guided trips with multilingual guides to the nearby towns (Assisi, Spello, Todi…)
