POGGIO DEL SOLE
Originally an old farmhouse built of stone and bricks, together with the adjacent barn, has recently been rebuilt and made into seven apartments with all the comforts of home..
With its own entrance and private lawn area, each apartment was rebuilt maintaining the original architectural style as much as possible, and in the rustic style of the region: simple and welcoming.
Each apartment has a lounge with sofa and kitchen area, one or more bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a patio table with chairs, chaise lounges and a patio umbrella. There is independent heating and satellite TV.

In the sourrounding garder there is a large swimming pool, solarium, bicycles, jeu de boules, a children playground and barbecue facilities.

POGGIO VERDE
"Poggio Verde" is the newest Agriturismo complex of the Dionisi family.
At short distance from "Poggio del Sole" and close to the country hamlet of Ceraso, at an altitude of 290 metres, it
has been reconstructed from the original farmhouse and out-buildings of the "Podere del Ceraso".
Seven independent apartments of various sizes  have been renovated with loving care.
The sitting rooms (some with fire-places) have comfortable sofas and a kitchen area finished in maple or chestnut.

The bedrooms have traditional wrought iron beds.
Outside each apartment are tables, umbrellas and deck-chairs. All apartments are provisioned with bed-linens, towels, crockery, etc.

The new swimming pool (7x14 metres) enjoys beautiful panoramic views across the surrounding countryside to distant Umbrian mountains.
A children's paddling area and ample sunbathing space with umbrellas, loungers and deck-chairs, make for a relaxing stay.
All this is set in a large orchard of fruit trees and flowers, with a shaded area nearby; tables and benches are set under a mature pine grove.
