La villa is an old country residence built in 1684 characteristic of this area of Umbria bordering Tuscany. The villa is in a very panoramic location, on top of a hill at 350 metres above sea level, surrounded by century-old trees, between the Lake Trasimeno and Lake Chiusi.

The apartments feature characteristic furnishing, some have a fireplace; all offer outdoors table, and guests have a few barbecues at their disposal. Central heating and air conditioning.
The view from the swimming pool is wonderful and spans from Lake Trasimeno to Monte Amiata.
Subject to booking, guests can eat at the villa’s restaurant, either indoors or in the garden, or at any other restaurants which have an arrangement.
