Il Portico (4 people), 127 sqm + 25 sqm covered patio. The apartment is on the ground floor with the entrance through an attractive arched porch equipped with outdoor tables and chairs. The apartment has original walls and arches of brick and stone, vaulted ceilings and rustic floor tiles. It is divided into an ample living area with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. Services: dishwasher, oven, satellite tv.
La Loggia (6 people), 165 sqm + 42 sqm outside terrace. On the first floor apartment and the largest of all the apartments, characterized by a loggia with a beautiful panoramic view, furnished with a lounge, 2 armchairs and a large table that can accommodate up to 14 people. Floors are of old oak and ceilings with chestnut beams and terracotta tiles.  The bathrooms are finished in traditional “sassi di Assisi” stone. Services: dishwasher, satellite tv,oven.

The grounds of the farmhouse are extensive and offer various facilities: as well as a barbecue area there is a wonderful pool, (15 x 5 mt) set in the middle of a vineyard in a sunny position, with wonderful views and equipped with sun lounges and  umbrellas. All overlooking the surrounding rolling countryside.
