It is situated in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, between Perugia and Orvieto in a beautiful panoramic position.
The houses are placed among hills, olive-groves, forests and fields of a big biological farm.

Available to guests several kinds of accomodation, all of them in the typical Umbrian farmhouse style. You can choose between a complete and independent country house and apartments for two or four people. The accomodations are comfortable and their furniture is antique and farmhouse style. From all the apartments and houses you can enjoy a beautiful view and you can easily reach the swimming pool.
The independent house is for 10-12 people and is composed of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a functional modern kitchen (with washing machine), a big living- and dining-room with TV and fire-place, a terrace on the first floor, a portico and a large private garden.
The apartments for 2-4 persons are situated in a separated house, country style. Every apartment has its own independent entrance and its own space outside.
