Borgo Santa Maria is a resort and relaxation center obtained by a skillful and accurate architectural restoration of an ancient village devoted to farming for centuries.

The apartments are all furnished with simple but typical furniture.

As you enter each apartment, you immediately feel the charm of the old farmhouse, and everything is pervaded by an inviting welcome.

Every detail has been taken care of, and the resulting comfort is remarkable. The dwellings are all equipped with a kitchen, outdoor pergola, safe, and satellite TV.

The ten apartments are all different, and lend themselves to every need; starting with the smallest 2 2, up to the largest 6 2 equipped with two bathrooms.

It is possible to rent theentire hamlet, for a total of 50 places (32 18 on the sofa bed): whether they want to spend a nice vacation, or to celebrate an event, large groups will have in this way for their exclusive use, apartments, garden, swimming pool and even the Locanda delle Rose.

The Locanda delle Rose is a 50-square-meter space ideal for hosting themed dinners, wine and food meetings, cooking classes, business meetings or small ceremonies: it can hold up to 30 people and is designed precisely for groups (more or less numerous) who still wish to share a few moments. Furnished with handcrafted wooden tables on an antique stone cobblestone floor, it does not offer sleeping accommodations but has a well-organized self-contained kitchen and, outside, ceramic tables under a large pergola covered with wisteria and surrounded by roses of different types, colors and scents.

There are many activities that the facility offers: you can enjoy the tranquility of the farm, lounging by the pool or reading a book while sipping a good wine. Each guest will be able to find the sport he or she loves best. Five-a-side football, volleyball, table tennis and bocce are just some of the possible options; fishing enthusiasts will be able to have fun in the fish-filled pond. Calistenics facilities are arranged around the pond for free-body workouts. In the garden, children can have fun playing on slides and swings.

Otherwise, it is possible to visit the surroundings, enjoying the beauty of Umbria and Tuscany, savoring their typical dishes: in fact, in a short time, you can reach cities such as Orvieto, Città della Pieve, Montepulciano, Cortona, Todi, and Montalcino.
