Fattoria Ma Falda - Az. Agricola Biologica

Fattoria Ma' Falda, a family-run Organic Farmstead, is situated at 550m a.s.l., between Orvieto and Todi on Corbara Lake. The cropping farm develops around a beautiful 18th century farmstead (a former stop and horse change station) on 12 hectares of pastures and woodland, fruit and olive groves. We practice organic farming, breed goats, sheep, cinte senesi, rabbits, and practice olive growing. In our cheese factory, we produce raw goat milk cheese, fresh and seasoned, with natural methods and techniques.

The accommodation structure is situated in the middle of the estate and is formed by three independent farmsteads renovated with care and simplicity: Caciaia (40 square meters - 2 beds) Casale (100 square meters - 6+3 beds) Casaletto (135 square meters - 6+5 beds). All the apartments consist of equipped kitchen, washing machine, oven, TV, heating system, independent entrance, and reserved garden. Dogs, cats, and small-size pets are welcome, by previous agreement.

Direct sale and tasting of goat milk cheese, ricotta cheese, lambs, vegetables, bread made with leaven, jams, preserves, and extra-virgin olive oil.

In Ma' Falda we speak 4 mother tongues: Italian, Norwegian, French, and German, besides Spanish and English.
