Poggio San Giacomo

There are three flats, those names recall the three types of vintage collected by the company: Grechetto (comprising of a living-room with a cooking area, one bedroom and bathroom, pax 3+1), Verdello (comprising of a living room with a cooking area, two bedroom and bathroom, pax 5+1), Trebbiano (comprising of a kitchen, living-room, three bedrooms and bathroom, pax 6+2).

The main building has been restored while retaining the characteristics of the building (ceilings with chestnut beams, handmade stone tiled floors) and at the same time the living quarters have every confort (satellite TV, automatic central heating….). All flats are maintained in the rustic style, the curtains, the bedcovers and the towels are in keeping with authentic home spun copies of the style of the first years of the 20th Century.

Each flat has tables, chairs and umbrellas for external use.
