The agriturismo
The farmhouse is located on the outskirts of the medieval town of San Gemini, one of the most picturesque in Umbria, which became part of the Slow Cities circuit in 2000.
An old farmhouse that has been completely renovated, it offers comfort, simplicity and welcomes anyone in search of relaxation and the desire to restore their spirits. It owes its name to its pleasant and sunny location among the unspoiled Umbrian hills, surrounded by green valleys, olive groves, vineyards, grazing sheep, sunflower fields and woods.
The property has an enclosed swimming pool and a restaurant.
The accommodation
The farmhouse is structured in 5 large double rooms , cozy, bright and panoramic, all finely furnished, equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom and with the possibility of adding one or two beds.
In addition, there is the opportunity to spend a quiet vacation in the open air in an annex with a private garden , panoramic veranda and barbecue, equipped with a kitchenette and, if the client deems it useful, also with air conditioning. It is ideal for three people and animals are also accepted.
In the delightful restaurant, gourmets will be sure to enjoy the most mouth-watering gastronomic specialties of the best Umbrian tradition: handmade pasta, tasty grilled meats, legume and seasonal vegetable soups, lamb chicken and wild boar stews, all prepared with homemade extra virgin olive oil and accompanied by the excellent house wine.
Activities and surrounding
In the farmhouse you will find a wonderful swimming pool where you will pleasantly have the opportunity to sunbathe and enjoy the view; in fact, between one dip and the other you can stop and admire the landscape that surrounds you: large valleys, green hills, among which you will glimpse San Gemini, the cities of Terni and Narni and on the horizon the snow-capped peak of Terminillo.
You will also have the opportunity to play a game of country-volleyball, ping pong, or perhaps take a walk among nature.
Nearby in addition to the town of San Gemini and its renowned spa
for hydropinic treatments, where you can take a walk in the secular park of the Source, sipping mineral water and stop to admire the scenery; you will have the opportunity to walk through the ancient Roman province of Carsulae and visit its archaeological park, the fossil forest of Dunarobba and the beautiful Marmore Falls.
From the position where the farmhouse is located, the most important cities of art in central Italy are easily reachable: Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto, Foligno, Amelia, Narni, Perugia, Rome and Florence.

As well as we cook for the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
