The farmhouse is all surrounded by very big and flowered gardens, with all kinds of typical Umbrian centuries-old trees that will let you hear, smell, and see the striking views and the fascinating atmospheres that our property always gives to his special guests in search of peaceful and silent places.
Conserved scribe maps from Saint Peters monastery are proof of the presence already in the 1600s of two farmhouses Cerreto and High Cerreto that recently have been wisely reconstructed by the same owner who is an architect.
The farm house sell own production of biological olive oil.

Here there are six independent apartments with a terrace created in such a way as to allow total independence and privacy.
The spacious apartments are furnished simply and in good taste they have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The rustic country-style kitchens are fully equipped. The apartments take their names from the surrounding medieval villages:

Rotecastello (beds 2)- is just for one couple, there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace

Collelungo (beds 2) too, it's just mirror-like with Rotecastello.

Civitella dei Conti (beds 2+2) can be used also as an apartment for disabled people. It is situated on the ground floor and it has a very large bedroom for 3/4 people, with en-suite bathroom which includes amenities for the disabled, a kitchen and a little portico/shed.

San Bartolomeo (beds 2+2+2) has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room with kitchen and 2 porticos where it's nice to pass your time.

Cerretello (beds 2+2+2) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen /dining room and terrace

Rosato (beds 2+2) the apartment next to the Cerretello, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room. These last two apartments (Cerretello and Rosato) have a communicating door between them, so can be made into one big apartment .

All apartments have tv, terrace or portico where it is possible to eat outside and to admire the beautiful panorama of the Umbrian green hills.
The bedrooms have their own bathrooms and also antique high standard furniture: chest of drawers, bedside tables, wardrobes and headboards.
Each bathroom has a shower (two also have baths), bidet, WC and lavabo.
In every apartment you will find the kitchen with lavabo, hot and cold water, electric/gas cooker, refrigerator/freezer, chairs and table with drawers for cutlery and a sideboard with pots, pans, plates and glasses and all that you need for cooking and a clothes line.

The owners offer to their guests cordiality, help in finding their way around Umbria and a cosy family atmosphere where friendship comes above everything else.Having a special child, the farmhouse has all the facilities for handicapped children and adults and all are most welcome.
