Santa Maria

The Santa Maria Farm is surrounded by secular oak trees and junipers and genista forest.
It comprises 50 hectares of land divided between biological olive groves and arable land, where cereals such as, oats barley and durum , wheat are cultivated and certified by the Suolo e Salute.
Traditional farming methods are used involving no dangerous pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
In the seasonal periods while walking around on the small paths you can pick strawberries, mushrooms, wild asparagus, truffles and chicory and find the Faena torrent that runs across the property or little tiny country churches made of stone.

There is an enormous communal living room with a fireplace. The 6 big glass doors, make it very luminous perfect to organize meetings, courses, seminars and games.

There is also a chapel, or better a meditation room, a library for relaxation and a wine cellar/shop to taste good wine and food of our well-known region.
There is also a big wood-burning owen for the pizza evenings or for amazing breakfast with warm bread and brioches, the right way to begin the touristic day.

And lost in this magic gardens, you will find a nice stone path that will take you to our swimming pool (7x16 met.), that is located just 100 meters from the Agriturismo, on a special level from where you can see an amazing panorama made up of all the surrounding valleys, forests and ancient medieval villages.
Near the swimming pool that is with a salt purification system we have a building a portico with 2 rooms, that is to say the bathroom (that includes 2 toilets and 2 showers) and a box room equipped with refrigerator and lavabo, where you can leave all your stuff for the swimming pool (airbed, balls, rubber rings..).
We have also a light system for all yours evening swims and a narrow country path that from the swimming pool takes you into the middle of the nearest forest, with a river running through it.

To get more peace and relaxation, in our gardens you can search for the wooden tables , benches and barbecue that are hidden among the trees, or even to reach a spacious multiple use hall, with an imposing rustic fireplace which may be used for groups, it is also adaptable for conferences, parties and meetings.
In this area the following artistic courses are being held from time to time: watercolour painting, oil colour, portraits, ancient technique icons and flower arranging course, using dried flowers and materials gathered in the fields.
Next to the hall there is a large dining room which seats 30 people.

There is a complete change of bed linen and towels and cleaning of the apartment weekly.On request we provide daily cleaning, baby sitter, a cook and a caretaker who will help for the group needs.
