The estate lies at the foot of the medieval village of Collelungo (XII century) and between San Venanzo Marsciano, in a strategic position with respect to the many historic cities of Umbria: Todi, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto with views overlooking the middle valley of the Tiber. The farmhouse was built in 1875 by Damiani Nicodemus, a lover of the land in the area who, through his love to all the descendants of the family, passing by her grandmother Arnaldo up to the current owner, Monica Capitol, which, together with her husband Mark, loads happy memories and love of the splendor of these places, have completely renovated, with great wisdom, this hidden gem.
Monica gave special attention to detail, style, warm and cozy atmosphere of the family home, favoring the contact with nature, pristine amphitheater, who inspires feelings of well being for body and mind. Do not miss a place where you can still dream. With much love and so much passion the building has returned to shine, with the aim to share this with everyone in their hearts the joy of living. The cottage is surrounded by olive trees, inspiring peace, wisdom, beauty and prosperity that enriches this corner of paradise.

You will be captivated by the charm of the 3 apartments, characterized by a magical atmosphere of cordiality and hospitality. The house is divided into 3 large and comfortable apartments, all independent, and carefully designed and tastefully decorated, equipped with every comfort and heating takes its name from elements of nature, they are diversified and are characterized by their own peculiarities. "Let yourself be carried away by emotions and give yourself a vacation full of feelings."
Terra (3 + 1 sleeps): the shades of yellow and brown recall the richness of the ancient land. The large lounge is delicately framed by a stone fireplace and a large brick arch in the stone wall that leads to the kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, oven and everything you need for your stay.
There is a large, spacious, bedroom, consisting of a double bed and one single, enhanced by a French window overlooking the porch where you can admire the panorama.
The apartment is surrounded by a porch and garden, equipped with hammock, table and chairs where you can eat, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine, perhaps admiring the beautiful sunset.

Acqua (4 sleeps): the flat has a romantic atmosphere, and with its gentle lines and delicate colors of green and blue will liberate your mind. The atmosphere is magnetic and compelling. Featuring breathtaking views, the apartment is composed on two levels connected by a wooden staircase.
At the first level, the large kitchen, upstairs to the bedroom area consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Every single corner gives way to privacy and freedom of escape.
