The farm is situated on the hill, in a wonderful position, from which it is possible to enjoy marvellous sunsets. Its position, among Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany, is strategic to visit wonderful places of the three regions, famous for their artistic and natural beauties.

The completely restructured hamlet of 1800 has 4 rooms all en suite, and one apartment. The lodgings are bright and panoramic, the floors are in Umbrian “cotto” and they have been realized and furnished combining the respect of the local tradition to the conveniences of our time. The rooms have inside services, TV SAT and Internet Wireless connection.
Breakfast, prepared with home made sweets and jams, and meats and local cheeses, is served in a great room with fireplace in the winter time and on the panning porch in the summer period.
The structure is completed by a splendid and panning swimming pool.
