The farmhouse is situated in the west side of the Colli Eganei's Regional Park. It's situated at the foot of Rocca Pendice, a famous stone and archaeological site, it offers rooms. Its position favours natural routes, on foot or by bike, and cultural routes for the presence in the park of many naturalistic and ethnographical museum.

In the farmhouse there are three double bedrooms, alls with toilets and shower, the kitchen can be used only for breakfast.
