Check in: between 4pm and 7pm, if not differently agreed. Check out: by 10am. The price includes: Water, Electricity, Gas, air conditioning (except Villa Lieta and Villa Bencontenta), Weekly cleaning service, End-of-stay cleaning, Weekly change of linen, Set of bathroom towels, Set of kitchen linen, Set of bed linen, Set of swimming pool towels (only for Bencontenta), Use of laundry room. Extra charges: heating (for the 4 Torretta studio apartments heating is included in the price), air conditioning for Lieta and Bencontenta), wood for fireplace, set of towels for the pool (for Bencontenta they are included in the rent). Upon request and with no extra charges: baby cot, high chair. Conditions of payment: 50% of the rent is due at the moment of the booking by credit card (Visa, Master Card) or by wire transfer, free of bank charge, the other half upon arrival. Security deposit: Upon arrival we ask our guests to make a security deposit of € 250,00 in cash ($ and GBP are also accepted) for the guests of Lieta, Tempietto and Aster and € 500,00 for the guests of Bencontenta. At the end of the stay the deposit will be returned, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
