Surrounded by an ancient park and an agriculture company of 58 acres, the villa of the sixteenth century is the ideal mansion for a relaxing holiday in deep contact with nature and a great starting point to visit all the cities of Veneto.
Situated in the heart of the Graticolato Romano, the Villa is located from about 10km from Padova and the coast of the Brenta. It is offered an hospitality in four selfcatering apartments, recently restored and totally independent. The highway and railway are at just 10 minutes by car; the bus stop is at 500 meters.

The villa offers hospitality in its “barchessa”, in the winter “limonaia” or in the patron part of the house itself, in apartments completely independent, furnished with bathrooms, kitchen spot, central heating, conditioned air, satellite television, wireless internet and telephone.
Two big two-room flat are also available, “Il Portico” and “La Serra”, for 2 or 4 people, a big three-room flat for 4 or 6 people, “Il Foghèr” and the luxury apartment “Le Magnolie”, which can host 6 or 8 people.
The complex is also furnished with a laundry room, with washing machine. The big surrounding park and the swimming poll (6x12m, 1,25m deep) are available for all the guests. The nearest town, which can be also reach walking along the river, has little shops with all the necessary for every day life. Sport fields can be found near too; tennis field at 2km, horse riding field at 8km and golf one at 25km, bicycles, soccer field and ping pong inside the agrotourism. Also reachable are the entrance of the East Padova highway, the Fair and the center of the city.
